"Ninna is incredibly detailed about her questions and observations when she is in Human Design classes with me. Her practical approach and transmission of her experience is a delight to witness.

In your Human Design Experiment, and when you take classes, if you're a journaler or writer or note-taker, you'll need a place to note your observations and reference as you decondition.

By using the Journal, you can more easily document, track and review your growth process, as well as find what you need. Whether the paper or digital version is right for you, choose the one that you'll use and cherish this keepsake of how far you've come in your learning adventure of self-discovery, acceptance, and love."

“I thought it was such a cool idea for anyone who is serious about studying their own chart and keeping track of their adventures with HD. Many people like to structure things and her journal is so well organized that the structure can happen very easily. If you are less structured she gives you a lot of flexibility and ease of movement. I wish I’d had this when I first got started in HD .”

How do I use it?

It’s your journal. It’s your experiment. Make it yours.

Remember, it’s your experiment and this is intended to be an evolving resource of your own creation that will take time.

A digital journal allows for different kinds of functions and features depending on the PDF Annotating app used (GoodNotes recommended).

A few suggestions:

  • Create your own color palette and keep a key or legend of the colors used.

  • Handwrite, draw/illustrate, paste or collage images

  • Make space for your notes vs. your observations (lived experience).

  • Favorite/bookmark pages, create tabs

  • Reflect on how your experiment has evolved.

  • Note any experiences and/or people that exemplifies the information

  • Digital Journal specific:

    • Type your information for easy searching

    • Create your own hashtags to easily find information (#mydesign #insertauratype #insertauthority #unconscious #conscious #personality #design etc)

    • Find and paste photos, graphics, and hyperlinks.

    • Stickers: In application, purchased or Human Design Journal sticker pack (included)

    • Use a variety of colors through your preferred application color palette or add the HEX code.

Show & Tell

TBD

If you’re interested, complete the form below to be notified.

Using my experience of gathering people twice a week on Clubhouse to share and discuss various HD topics, I believe it would be a great opportunity to spend a little time adding to our journals, briefly share and ask each other questions. I’ve learned you can really hear and learn a lot from those with that specific definition. They offer real world examples.

Structure: Welcome/Intro, Journal entry (your choice), Shares, Group Q&A.

Limited to 10 people.

Note: For those who would like to participate in the future, but can’t make this one. Please complete the form below.

Origin Story

Necessity is the mother of invention. Create what you wish existed. It’s cliche but it’s exactly what happened.

My growing stack of notes while taking Foundational classes. In retrospect, it was the evolving prototype for organizing the journal.

As someone in the HD experiment since 2016, I’ve been collecting all kinds of information and keeping them digitally and on many sheets of paper. I found myself running out of room and unable to find where I wrote the information down. I tried to organize it and found myself frustrated - there needed to be a better way! How can I improve this and help myself and possibly others? (My 18-58 working).

This journal is not meant to be filled out all at once. Let this journal be an invitation to keep note of information learned, your observations and witness your own evolution in this experiment.

Every page and element was considered based on my own experience and what I wish I had at the beginning of my experiment - a place for all the notes I’d take before, during and after my Foundational classes, a place to hold my observations and the integration of this information. (I remember looking online to find something I could use and was surprised it didn’t exist…even years later).

I hope this journal:

  • Supports your experiment

  • Strengthens your own understanding and experience of your differentiation

  • Sparks your own creative expression

  • Is a catalyst for more reflections and awareness of your wisdom and purpose

  • Helps you remember when you forget and see how far you’ve evolved

  • Inspires the embodiment and appreciation of your unique design

Here’s to following your strategy & authority and loving yourself.

In ease and flow,
